Result of Mars Ingenuity poll

In the August issue of Flightcell’s email newsletter we asked our readers if they thought NASA’s ingenuity helicopter would be able to fly in the thin Martian atmosphere on Mars when it is deployed in February 2021.

There is only 1% of Earth’s atmosphere on Mars. The helicopter weighs 4lbs (1.8kg) and its counter-rotating blades will spin at 2400RPM.
